    For me setting up the iris scanner is a must do as I am personally not a fan of the fingerprint scanner location, even if it is justified by the lack of bezels. Also deleting the pre-installed bloat is one of the first things I do with any new phone, especially devices that do not run stock Android. I also like the always-on display feature, especially as you can schedule when it is active.
